MTN worse service to cancel contract-imposible

MTN has the worse service ever,you cant cancel a contract even if it is 29 months old,i am trying to cancel my moms cell contract as she is in a frialcare and cant function anymore,after visiting how many stores,phoning a hundred times and ending up at the retention department,got a mail after trying 5 months to do this saying the matter is sorted and that number is deleted and contact ended,only to see that there is a nice debit order off again of R250 for phone that is laying in my cupboard for the last 3 months,i really dont know anymore but i have paid more than R1000 for something i dont use,please think twice before going to MTN as they are quick to open a account but impossible to cancel Pieter Marais
