MTN - Worse service provider in the history of mankind

I app**** to cancel my contract on 01.12.2017 and was told it would take 20 working days to process. It is now 34 working days and am still getting the run around. I have been more than patient. All I hear is, "Sorry sir for the inconvenience. We escalated the matter."How much longer?? It's no wonder MTN came dead last of all Service Providers. And they're losing more and more customers each day. All due to bad service. Catch a wake up guys.
