MTN WORSE SERVICE PROVIDER

I have a contract with mtn whereby i took a lte with router which i pay R449 including insurance and that is the worst decision i ever made in my life... No network at times for the whole week and they dont even have the decency to let you know whats happening.. I called them and reported this absurd behavior but calls get dropped by their so called service champions.. I am paying for nonsense. I ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO TAKE ANYTHING RELATED TO MTN COZ THEY ARE SO USELESS AND ON MONDAY I WILL BE CANCELING THIS CONTRACT AND WILL ALSO BE CONTACTING THE OMBUDSMAN.
