Mtn worse service ever

Mtn is the worse network under the sun, hopeless ****. I cancelled my contract in Jan 2022 up to today my contract h not been cancelled i fone almost evry week and no one is owning up and taking responsibility, im getting frastrated, taking contract with mtn was like a walk in the park but when i hav to cancel its a mission its been 10 months.... and no one cares to explain this nonsense to me
