MTN WORSE SERVICE!!!!

I took out a MTN contract and inclusive was 2 devices, 6gigs and a R800 Pnp voucher. The 2 phones was delivered on the 12th and have been struggling to get any services! I have been calling most of the week and have been shunt around from 1 department to another - eventually being informed that the matter will be escalated to see if I qualify - I already got the contract and phones, what must I qualify for? I have had nothing but the worst services from MTN! From the 12th until today, I am yet to get feedback or assistance! Regretting I went with MTN.
