MTN worse service and incompetence.

The worst service I have ever experienced. The call centre agents are not aware able to assist with concerns as they dont know their own companies information. Waiting over a week for a device because I thought it would be great to upgrade with them but it is a mistake. Cancel the deal. I am going to Vodacom like I should have in the first place.
