MTN worse network provider..Pathetic service !!!!

I went into an mtn store so they can send my phone in for repairs but i was adviced i should<br> fill in a HANDSET INSURANCE CLAIM FORM which i did than someone would collect my phone in 3-5workin <br> days. Nobody has called me to find out an address o where they can collect my phone NOTHING!!!<br> I tried calling mtn to find out whats happening on my request a number of times of no response.<br> the number is :***, the number is jus engaged . THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IM HAVING<br> A PROBLEM WITH MTN. I first have to complain before something can be done always...<br> this is really pathetic service!!!! I always give you guys a benefit of a doubt and i stick with you still.<br> i would have even taken the phone to head office myself if u must i drive pass there everyday but no response <br> to my mail as well.<br> <br> unhappy client !!!!!!<br> ***
