Mtn worse network provider and horrible staff

Well posted a review 2 weeks ago about my horrible experience with mtn. Seems they removed it. So I will just do it again. Mtn is one of the worse networks. After being a loyal customer for many many years found out the hard way you mean nothing to them. I canceled all my contracts in January after a very long process. Just to be billed for it another 3 months. After eventually the cancellation was done I thought I would be able to save some R5000 or so. Boy was I wrong mtn then proceeded to charge for device insurance for the last 10 years worth of devices. It didn’t stop there. Called mtn they said mtn insurance still billed them. Called mtn insurance they say it’s not billed only one device is on there. Called mtn again they said if it’s faulty mtn insurance should refund me. Well they made me call them 3 times between them. So now here we are. DONOT TRUST MTN. Make sure about your insurance on old devices they are relentless is having control of your finances.
