MTN- WORSE NETWORK IN RSA

Good day....

I work as a sales consultant for Cellucity / Vodacom. I have been struggling with my mtn contract for over 3 months now. I missed one payment about 3 months ago Wich I payed and corrected in store , that same month mtn double debited me , witch after I went in to complain. Again I payed X amount and at the same time I asked them to switch me over to a cash paying client. A few days ago I went in store to make sure everything is okay, the manager on duty told me I can relax, they won't debit me again. I was shocked to see that a amount of R1700 was debited again today , causing my account to go into a overdraft and causing my bike instalment to bounce.
I can't take this any more. I've got trans union on my name because of them. My normal monthly debits bounce because of them, not even talking about my credit record being influenced because of them.
No one is helping to resolve the problem and it keeps on getting worse every month. I am 20 years old with trans union on my name. So thank you mtn for *****ing up a working students bank account, credit record and life!!!
THE RM CAN EXPECT TO SEE ME ON MONDAY.
