MTN worse ever

Mtn is the worse, filed claim for repairs on my device at end of October. Courier came to pick it up they said would take few weeks to return device, 3 weeks came to past and when we decide to contact them they said the device could not be repaired a new device of the same product was ordered. We waited a couple weeks which we then contacted them again to find out why it was taking so long for the new device then they had another story saying they were out of the same product but we could check for a new device on their catalogues and then reapply. Then we waited again couple weeks which was into the second week of December. Then they had a new story which was that they ran out of the new product in their catalogues and asked us to start the process over few days before Christmas. Their customer service policies is just a Sham. I advice never use mtn as a service provider, once your in their pockets they wont care.
