MTN worse customer service support ever

The most terrible feedback ever. I've had a query regarding and upgrade that was debited from my account, that was not supposed to be debited. I've contacted MTN for the pass 3weeks regarding this, up until today I've never received a proper answer regarding this to refund my money back. Everytime when I call, a different consultant will just say, the query will be escalated. But nothing happens from there. This is the worse service I've ever received from MTN, for the 7 years I've been with this network. This is the most terrible, annoying service ever I've received. I want someone to can't me as soon as possible /
