Mtn worse contract providers

Mtn has been overcharging me since the beginning of my contract with R300 more than my initial contract amount. When I queried I got a response saying I'm being billed for the cellphones, insurance and over and above. What is over and above cause I never signed for anything else accept my cellphone contract which was R649 per month and insurance of R160 a month. I queried on the response of over and above as that is not an answer, but never got any response
