MTN Worse Company ever

I want to make this known to EVERYONE, this is the worst company you can ever deal with, they have been charging my wife for things and cannot explain what the charges are, we have been querying this for the past few weeks now, everytime they say they will listen to the call and a manager would get back to us, my wife was just on a call now with an agent Sibongile, and this lady blatenly refuses to let us speak to a manager when we have already been dealing with managers, then she keeps asking the same questions over and over when the previous managers we dealt with could see all that info on the system, ontop of that she refused to give her name or anything, I work at a call centre as well, and MTN is busy with ******* things, as if any of our agents had to refuse a customer to speak to a manager or even refuse to give their name they would be fired
