MTN worls with ****mers

MTN is a master ****mer. On the 24th of August 2023, I called them after noticing that my sim card had been hacked. I picked this up after I had gotten back from Zambia. When I called they reversed the sim swap. Furthermore they asked me to call them wgen my number is back on so that we can put it on the watch list. I did as advised and the number was added on the watch list but again today (the 27th of December 2023) my number got hacked and some monies were ****** from my Timebank account. I called and spoke to a lady by the name of Asive/Asiphe Tofela who was avle to reverse the sim swap but again asked me to call again to add the number on the watch list as it appeared not to be on the watch list. I called again and coincidentally the same Asive/Asiphe answered and gave me a cery bad attitude as she said the number is already on the watch list. Mind you, it is the same person who had initially said the number was not on the watch list. Then after MTN was not answering my calls until some time, as I kept on persisting, a lady by the name Sinovuyo/Novuyo Cacisa answered and asked if I could speak to the supervisor in charge of the shift and she said all the supervisors are busy. When the sim swap got reversed I picked up that there is an airtime loan of R190 that has been done during the hacking period, mind you this is over and above monies that had already been withdrawn from my Tymebank account. On top of that I have an airtime balance of R174 which I did not have before this occurrence, all I had were all network minutes and no airtime . I have been using the same number and the same service provider (MTN) for the past 18 years but I feel so exhausted and gatvol with MTN. It is very difficult to do a sim swap on your own number because of the qiestions they ask, how much more for a stranger?? I think someone on the inside is always involved. To make things worse, the number is already added on the watch list but still they are able to hack you number while it is on and in service. MTN is going to bankrupt us eventually with their ***** mentality as well as their ******* staff. I am in so much pain because I need to quit using this number and MTN as a service provider but I am still waiting for a phone call as I had recently done an interview and as well as psychometric assessment for a senior position at work. As soon as I get that phone call I am quitting these MTN ******* and I am appealing to everyone who values their assets to quit these *******.
