MTN WORKS WITH PERPETRATORS TO COMMIT *****

Mtn intentionally assisted perpetrators to open a **********ly contract using my identity. When I first realised that my identity has been wrongfully used, I contacted mtn to open a case of ***** and investigate the matter, they asked me to submit an affidavit stating that I did not take the contract, I did as requested and sent them the affidavit, they then asked for my certified ID copy, same was also submitted. When I made follow-ups, they asked me to send the documents again, and I did. Now when I call to check on the matter they telling me that the investigation is closed and there was nothing done on the matter. I asked the consultant who was assisting me that how can they close the investigation without an outcome, she then said she does not know, when I asked her to put me through to someone who will be able to answer me, she then asked me to send the affidavit and my ID copy again, these documents were sent to them twice, and they did nothing, they asking me to send them for thd third time. The fact that they closed the investigation without any outcome proves that they are guilty of *****. I am well prepared to prove my innocence in this matter. It is unprofessional and embarrassing that they commit crime to boost their sales. Someone has to account to this, it is very wrong. Worst part they arranged a debit order from my bank account which has not been used for over two years, it is surprising how would a credit provider use a bank statement that does not reflect any source of income and also fail to do proper verification when the contract was taken. MTN STOLE MY IDENTITY TO COMMIT *****. IT IS AN INSIDE JOB AND INSTEAD OF EXPOSING THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON THEY CLOSE THE INVESTIGATION. THEY ARE PROMOTING THEFT.
