MTN working with ********* and de*****ing people of their hard earn money

A sim swap was done on my cellphone number by who I don't know. That person then used my sim to de***** my family and friends. I called MTN and all they could tell me was what time this sim swap was made. I need to know what time, place and how this person knew all the security questions asked when doing this sim swap. Am I also not supposed to get an sms informing me that someone is trying to do a sim swap? There are consultants there busy giving out our information to ********** and this has to stop. I took out a contract sim and ever since you got my salary details and bank detail these things start happening. I’m am sure you can see who went thru my number on your side (footprints). I’m am going to open a case against MTN because this is really upsetting that our information is not protected and many people are complaining about this. Even at your MTN shop at Jabulani mall they could assist and said there is nothing they could do. The police want a print out off all these detail and would like to get you guys to also investigations on your side. My bank also wants these details as now I'm stranded and cat do any banking.
