Mtn Workers Giving Customers Problems

At Mtn, there’s a promotion whereby you buy a Samsung S8/S8+ and you get a free Samsung J5 Pro worth R5329. When I tried to get hold of this deal, the Mtn consultant told me that the Samsung J5 Pro has not been delivered yet due to change of couriers, so they said if I take the Samsung S8, I will forfeit the J5 Pro, which didn’t make sense to me because the S8 comes with the J5 Pro, my Theory is that, I think the Mtn consultants take the J5 Pro without the customers realising and they own them or they sell them to their own benefit, which is not right, please resolve this issue before people start asking questions.
