MTN WORK FROM HOME DATA IS A ****

Less than 1 star. I have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years, I have 4 contracts with MTN.

Today there was an error, an MTN "Work From Home" data bundle was purchased instead of an "Anytime Bundle"

10GB for R259!!!!!! It was an error, however MTN refused to assist with converting the Data or refunding. MTN Work From Home can only be used on CERTAIN apps like Zoom and Google Hangouts (both apps which I do not use)

I called twice as the purchase was made directly from my bank account. This is ******* in my opinion and MTN should market their products more correctly to ensure customers satisfaction.

I am extremely disappointed with MTN today :( I am now stuck with 10GB that I can not use and R259 has been forfeited.
