MTN Woodmead - Unreliable is an understatement!

Exactly 3 weeks ago I gave my wife's Huawei NOVA in for screen repairs at MTN Woodmead. Since then I have called the branch at Woodmead on numerous occasions, firstly the phone was answered 3 times out of at least 14 calls. Secondly, during those 3 calls I was promised that I would be called back by the branch manager, which delightfully did not follow through. I have not even received a courtesy call to be advised that the phone has been collected for repairs. As per MTN processes, once the phone is collected an assessment is done and thereafter, the client is called to approve the quote. The phone was collected 2 weeks ago and I am yet to be advised of the quote. This kind of service is appalling and what is even more frustrating is the nonchalant attitude of the consultants and branch manager at the branch. MTN you are as horrible as ever and I invite you to change my opinion of your brand and services.
