MTN Woodmead terrible service

I wanted to replace my lost contract SIM card and for three days I have been told they are offline.

Today it was even worse the two ladies and one guy seating on their sofa did not even stand up to come assist me at the reception area, they just sat there are told me to go to Sandton or mall of Afrika.

What a store. If it was possible to cancel contracts without penalties I would gladly do it without any hesitation
