MTN Woodmead

I received a rather underwhelming service at MTN Woodmead . There is a ethnic group of an Indian Male whom has a rushed sense of assisting without explaining the new contracts offered by MTN . I provided documents required , only to walk in the store and a African lady by the name of kgamatsho whom seems like I interrupted while she was on a personal call on shift told me the system was down and they could not assist me . This team was giving below par service and didn't seem intrested in their job.
