MTN Woodlands Pathetic service

Woodlands Branch, went in to make a application, handed in all my documentation, consultant said she would phone me the following day before 10am, needless to say she never phoned. I phoned the store to be told she is day off, the manger told me there is nothing he could do, he promised me to get another consultant to phone me back, which never happened, he told me walk in customers take preference, even though I had been there the previous day as a walk in customer. Pathetic service
