MTN WOODLAND MALL PRETORIA

MTN WOODLANDS MALL PRETORIA. I took out a contract with you guys 5 weeks ago on a new iPhone 11 pro. I have still not received my package in terms of minutes and data! I have been back to your shop 8 times now and no one can seem to resolve the issue, each time coming with a new nonsense story. A whole billy cycle has now passed and to no avail. Please can some one assist me as i was told i need to go back to the store where the contract was taken out from, and the clearly are incapable of resolving a simplistic issue!
