MTN won't rica my Sim card

Since I received my contract sim card from MTN on 27 December 2021,even today is not registered. I have been calling them, they said it will be ready within 24 hours.. but is been a month now. I think it's better to cancel the contract because there's no use. when I go to the store (Festival Mall) they say they don't do online.. am disappointed with MTN SA
