MTN won’t reverse a **********ly borrowed airtime

My phone was hacked - a ********** sim swop was done and MTN reversed it. After they had reversed it I discovered that airtime was purchased using my bank card and Over R200 airtime was borrowed.

I reported to MTN that they reverse the debt as it was done **********ly. MTN unfortunately have not been able to assist but moving me from pillar to post. The last person I spoke to said she recommends that I pay the amount owed because MTN won’t reverse it. I think it’s unfair and they should be having insurance for such. I’ve done all they said I must do email and all but still no joy.
