MTN WONT REPAIR MY LAPTOP,

I took out a laptop at MTN Carlton Centre on contract, my contract expires in July 2015. The laptop is now giving me problems. I went to MTN in Jabulani Mall in Soweto they told me they do not repair laptops and gave me a brochure. In that brochure it is written that I can call the repair centre and they will help me over the phone failing which they will arrange for the laptop to be collected by them for repairs. Another option is I can take it back to the shop where I took out the contract from and the shop will book it in for repairs. I just phoned MTN in Carlton Center to ask if I can bring it in so they can book it in for repairs. They said I should not bring the laptop to the shop I must call Acer the manufacturer of the laptop and ask them for assistance.
