MTN wont let me cancel my contract
I have been trying to cancel my contract with MTN for 2 weeks, via e-mail and via the call centre. NO ONE IN THE CALL CENTRE IS ABLE TO HELP ME! They keep telling me retention is not working or some other bull**** excuse. To whomever is reading this, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are the biggest cheats on this planet!
