MTN wont help at all after phone was ******

On Saturday night my Cell phone was ******, I went to MTN on Monday and the consultant that sits on the far left totally refused to assist me.

When i asked her to please do a sim swop so i could use an alternative phone i was told it takes so very long that she wouldn't be able to assist me now. I then asked to claim considering i have insurance on the phone and i was told that the insurance is not part of mtn i can call myself. I now called the call center that was disgusted as she should have apparently at least black listed the phone. I also wasn't told i have to report this ****** within 48 hours. I don't know if this will now effect my claim!

I hardly get a chance to call from work and struggled to get there in the first place. Why did i even have to ask for sim swop shouldn't she have suggested it?

I am supposed to upgrade today, Monday was 30 March when i asked please can i then do the upgrade now i was told no, come back on the first.... I am disgusted and phone-less! please can i urgently get help.

I have called 808 from a friends phone twice now and i keep getting cut off, i just don't know what to do.
