MTN WON’T GIVE US MY PAID UP LETTER!!!🤬😤

Eish don’t know where to begin but let me start by saying that MTN is the most horrible company I’ve dealt with. I’m currently under debt review but have finished paying off all my debts. The companies that I owed money to I’ve paid them in full and they have supp**** me with paid up letters but no not MTN whom I’ve paid in full but won’t give me a paid up letter or even send it to my debt review counsellor as to assist me getting out of debt review by supplying us with a paid up letter for that account that I owed money to. On several occasions MTN were contacted by my debt counsellor and also me as to supply them with a paid up letter for the account to remove me under the status of debt review but to no avail. Come on MTN, play fair. Help a brother out in getting that paid up letter as I really need to start my life afresh as it has been a hectic journey for me financially.
