MTN won't cancel my numbers

In October I went to 2 MTN outlets to cancel my contracts, the first couldn't even find the contracts and said that it must be a legacy contract and I would have to try another branch. The 2nd branch picked up the numbers and told me how to go about cancelling them. The number I was given just left me on hold and I finally sent an email to the retentions department. I have the confirmation that they received the email and a ref. number. I paid for the month of October because you have to give a months notice but then at the end of November they were both deducted again - I reversed the charges and at the end of December the November and the December amounts were deducted. I have once again reversed the amounts and gone into the store to find out what has happened only to be told that the contracts haven't been cancelled. I have tried to contact MTN and I get thru the 1st time and they give you limited options and get a person on the other side saying I need to go thru to legacy because they can't help me - she will transfer me but then I am cut off. 2nd time using the first of my 2 numbers now won't connect. I get thru the 3rd time using the second of my 2 numbers and I get thru. I ask for the legacy number which they give me - transfer to legacy who gives me a refence number and transfers me to ?? and once again I am cut off. called the number that I was given for legacy which I confirmed, and the number doesn't exist. Make 2 more calls which just doesn't connect - I am on my 6th call and holding for 25 min now and after a couple of seconds of music just dead air and a ticking clock. They say that calls are recorded buy what use is that if you don't actually get someone to answer your call. I have my email however which reflects the 2 numbers I want cancelled, along with my correct telephone number if they had any queries. I also have an email from them confirming that they received my email and their reference number reflected at the bottom of it. MTN cancel my numbers and don't try take any more money from my account!!!
