MTN won't cancel ********** contract.

I lodged a query/complaint in Feb 2021 about debit orders from MTN that I did not know about. ENQUIRY REFERENCE NUMBER ***. MTN informed me that there was a contract opened using my details and requested that I submit documents so that they can investigate.

July 2021 I'm still getting debited for a contract that is clearly **********. This is costing me money on a monthly basis reversing these debit orders. This is also affecting my credit score because it is as if I'm skipping payments.

How does it take to resolve (in my opinion) a simple and straight forward case of *****?
