Mtn wonders why they are can never get to first place!

We spent 5 hours driving up and down for a sim swap!! Went Mtn at the grove they told us to call 135 we called then we had to do a *135 process then we called again and were told to do an affidavit. We took the affidavit back to the grove only to find out when we got there that they don't have the system to scan affidavits. We called 135 again and spoke to Amanda. She spoke to the tellet tanf we were told we now have to go to Brooklyn or menlyn. 5 hours later!!!!! After providing documents like you're withdrawing milliond! ...you still get this service. Mtn your service is horrible!
