MTN WONDERPARK STAFF SO RUDE

The service i received MTN Wonderpark, on the 19th of May 2023 is so shameful,i got to the shop at around 14h25 and got two ladies one stood up,and i explained that i bought a phone, SAMSUNG A34 5G,on the 11th of May 2023,and it does not have sound.I bought the phone in Klerksdorp.Instead trying to assit me they told me i need go back to Klerksdorp,to get another phone,i was assisted by a Huawei rep,trying to check what could be wrong with the phone.When i tried to ask the MTN two ladies how to book in my phone they just ignored me and stayed on their phones.I am so disppointed .I will never recommend MTN wonderpark to anyone,they are so rude,its a disgrace.
