MTN won't let you cancel

I requested my cancellation forms and fee from MTN for more than a month now, they only say they will let the cancellation department get back to you, but they never do. You not allowed to speak directly to the cancellation department because that is their policy. They lie and make excuses just so they won't loose the last of their customers. Well at least I have proof of their tactics, now to stop the debit order and go to the bank for ***** on MTN or something. How a company can survive that is so *******, that is the golden question.<br> <br> <br>
