MTN won't cancell my contract
My contract expired on the 13th March 2016. After numerous emails to mtn they sent me a a form to fill in \ADDENDUM TO SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT\" I duly completed this document and sent it back to customer services on 14th March 2016. They responded by saying they have sent it on the the retention department. since then I have had no response from MTN even after numerous email to the customer services."
