mtn woarst service ever
<p>i took my phone in for repairs on the 5 of jan and it is now the 9 of feb there dont give me no feed back they send me piller to post and im paying for there service</p>
hi I dont now how u going to restore my faith in "MTN" again as my cell cant be found now , i still have to hear every one tell me we will get back to you with this agony that i cant do nothing, do u now that today its 1 and a half months tell me how much more longer must i wait . PLUS UR CALL CENTRE MAKE ME WAIT HOURS DAILY .

i have been a client for 15 years and know when i need aftersales assistance im being pushed away is this how u treat loyal customers? if url dont need my businiss tell out front find another network and thats what ill do with all my friends and family no one should be treated like this.
