MTN with their lovely term MTN Datalive (PSD) and no help from the call centre!

Dear MTN

Your service SUCK, your call centre agents are arrogant, rude, aggressive and unhelpful! I got a bill this month for R4 347.47, which R3 190.16 relates to PSD calls - WHAT ON EARTH is a PSD call.

1. I am always on WiFi - at work and at home

2. My mobile data is switched OFF for any updates OR ANYTHING except for me to use whattsapp on my way home

3. I have NEVER received a bill for more than R1 000 a month and I buy bolt on packages for DATA due to the costs of iPhone data.

4. I logged a query, and told the charges are correct - pay it and stop moaning!

5. Or go to a lawyer.

Well MTN if that is the case maybe all South African's experiencing the terrible service and inflated bills from you should stand together against the network provider that *****s from the customer!

I need an explanation on the charges - I need to know, when, where and how and I expect a credit note.

I want an apology for the RUDE customer service agent that put the phone down on me and told me to stop complaining and to just pay the bill - well I will not! I will not pay for something I have not used.

MTN man up and answer and stop *****ing from the consumer!
