MTN with terrible service

I'm still waiting for a refund from Mtn for a contract that was cancelled without my knowledge.I ordered home router and was told its cancelled but no one is assisting me with my refund yet they say that they can see that I already paid. I need my R435.00 refund because I never received the router!!!such a terrible service too quick to take money
