MTN with terrible service

I wouldn't advise even my enemy to have a contract with Mtn. I canceled the data bundles contract and I paid penalties for cancellation and they say I must call so that they removed the contract from the system I've called several times and they make you hold almost 30 minutes and they just hung up and it's a strategy they use. so they have locked my device I can't buy airtime bundled the only reason I'm still using this sim card its because I have laptop contract with them and I never missed any payment for the laptop and it is locked as well so I have nothing binding me with the I have to throw away the sim card and stop paying for the laptop. The good thing is that I've got proof of all the emails I've exchanged with customer care
