MTN ***** with contract renewal

I tried upgrading my contract since April 2023 - after 6 weeks of waiting for the Vaalmall branch to receive stock, I gave up and renewed the contract myself online. A J Ngobo cancelled my contract the same afternoon that I renewed it. When it was suppose to be delivered I found out it was cancelled. I reported this on the MTN ***** mail 26/5/2023 31/5/2023 no reply back and the 2nd renewal was cancelled aswell.
