MTN will **** you … they just take your money but never give you the service they promised

Their service is pathetic they sold me an IPhone 14 pro on a contract of R1000 per month it comes with data and airtime they debited me on the first month after they had debited I saw that I wasn’t getting airtime or data ever since the contract started I started complaining they told me they investigating then sent me a message that I will receive data but the second month they didn’t give me data again but still debited I reversed my money this week as they not providing me the service they promised now they threatening to mess up my credit score one of their consultant ever had the guts to tell me that even if they not keeping their end of the contract I must till pay I’m sick of these people the contract just started so they can take their phone back then I go to Vodacom coz this is **** on another level
