MTN will **** you. Do Not get a contract with MTN

Do not get a contract from MTN.

Me and my family have been traumatized by the experience we had with MTN.

Firstly MTN double billed me and my sister for the same contract after a change of ownership. We sent in the relevant documents to prove that we had been double billed.

Secondly I upgraded my contract in September of 2021 and they made me pay for the device for more than 27 months instead of the 24 months as per the contract. I have sent emails, I have called them I have sent in my bank statement showing that I've paid for 27 months but still to nothing has been done

I have lost R3 300 due to this.

I have never missed any debit orders. I have been with mtn for over 15 years.
