MTN will **** you.
Poor costumer service, Poor network coverage, Clueless Consultants, **** of a Network provider and Very abusive.
I took simcard data with MTN, only to find out their coverage is poor in my area. It have been 4 months already trying to stop the plan. When I call in, consultants give me run around as if there is no department to handle cancellation, I wrote them an email, they still did not action my request.

03 Oct 2025, 10:19MTN costumer care consultant called and still failed to cancel the contract. Customer Care – ***. When I asked for the details of the line manager, she dropped the call. At this point I feel MTN deliberately made the cancellation process tedious so they keep deducting premiums while the customer still busy being given run around to cancel. This is an unfair business practice and abuse of power. It is frustrating. I honestly regret taking this data sim card.
