MTN will suck you dry and rob you blind on black and white

New contact new phone Oppo Reno 5 valued at time of purchase R18 000 currently around R14-15 000

Phone gets ****** through a horrible experience of someone next to my bed at night while I'm sleeping. Forceful entry with proof.

They couldn't replace my phone with the same model I know my local MTN has.

My best option of a phone is 2 years older values at R8 000 currently. Samsung note 10

3 months with the phone I didn't want it's charging port breaks for no reason.

I have to pay insurance on a phone and a contract for 2 years where I got a terrible replacement. And my replacement is a sub-stock phone that broke in 3 months.

Do not waste your money at MTN. Go buy a phone cash and only do simcard contracts. Finally never ever in your life use their useless insurance.

Disgusting how a massive company like MTN can just rob someone like this. I was better off getting my phone ****** and my contact with it than this black hole money pit situation I'm in.

The least you could do is allow me to stop my contract or adjust it. Even better allow me to pay off the phone for it's actually value.
