MTN WILL NOT CANCEL MY EXPIRED CONTRACT
I had (have) a contract with MTN that requested be cancelled - when the contract expired. I was patient cause I understood the staffing issues you had however it's been 4 months now that I've paid for something I don't use and I feel that MTN is now *****ing my money.
I would like for my last 3 months premiums be refunded to me as I have proof that the request was done in time.
The contract number is ***.
