Mtn will not cancel my contract that has expired
My 2 year contract came to an end on 26 November. I notified Mtn retentions department on 26 October who have still not actioned the switch over to prepaid and have left my contract as is despite numerous communications and they keep billing me and reloading my contract airtime !!! It's not acceptable that I cannot seem to get out of this contract ! H E L P !
