MTN WILL NOT CANCEL MY CONTRACT-******** OF NOTE

My MTN contract has come to an end and i have been struggling to cancel it since May 2022. Their call center is useless, The staff at Mall@carnival is useless as well. The call center is non-existent. All i want is to cancel but they demand i continue with a month to month contract.

i will never recommend these guys. Stick to Telkom.
