MTN will not cancel my Contract

MTN does not cancel my account. I have requested to cancel my contract. It was not done MTN has debit my account again. i phoned and I was told that my account was not closed probably an *********** Idiot or they do this intentionally to bleed money out of your account. When I was put to the runaround and go to someone they said that the system is not working and I must call again. Your 135 no does not give an option to speak to a operator i can see why cause the are not competent to do the work
