MTN WILL NEVER BE NUMBER ONE NETWORK PROVIDER INSA

My whole family is on MTN contract after i highly recommended it to them, because of the service i have been receiving for the past few years.
This changed when i renewed my contract for the 4th time with them ,Clearly they were certain that i will always be with them. Then they started to show that they don't see any need to dazzle me as a client anymore .I renewed my contract on the 01/04/2015 and requested that it remains a Top Up for R369,00 and added a tablet for R241,00 each month- totaling R610 .To my surprise the bill came back R1500 on May 2015 which is ALMOST TRIPLE THE AMOUNT AGREED.I then thought it included once off contract renewal.
June same-thing happened,I visited Menlyn MTN to resolve this. Tumi informed me that she amended the contract and the bill will reflect the correctly in July.Bill came back stating the same amount.I went back and WATSON KEKANA SAID I MUST DO IT MYSELF.I THEN ESCALATED THIS TO SERVICE CENTER AND Ali Makwarela logged the query as he didn't have the power to make the changes.
01/08/2015 THE BILL WAS THE SAME ,I CALLED CALL CENTER YESTERDAY AND SPOKE TO TSHEPO AND HE SAID CANT PUT ME THROUGH TO HIS MANAGER.THIS HAS COURSED ME A LOT.

Hello Tendani Tshivhas,

Thank you for your post.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

Please note that I have escalated the query to our system support REQ:*** to investigate why the limit didn't kick in as it was updated on the 28-06-2015. I would also send you my email address so that you can email me the TOP UP contract that you signed so that we have a proof that it was suppose to be a T/U package.

We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.

Regards
Jessie
