MTN Will mess your credit score, *********** team!!

Please don't use MTN!!!! They will mess up your credit score due to their unprofessionalism. I did an early upgrade at Mall Of Africa, which was the worst decision I've made. There was constant miscommunication from day 1 on how much exactly I was going to be debited. After that they stopped debiting me with no communication.

I have been going to the store to pay my account manually every month and follow up on the amount(balance) that's incorrect. I couldn't settle what I owed because of this incorrect balance not being resolved. Till today no one can give me a breakdown of how much I've paid on the new phone and what is outstanding. Instead my account is now "handed over to legal" and I am now in sitting with terrible credit history and score. Remove this s**** from my credit profile MTN. Reconcile correctly and tell me what to pay!!

I hate MTN, if i knew you'd jeopardize my chance of owning a home, I would've never taken that phone or left the store without paying right there!!!!

All the reference numbers I have from logged queries are in an open status but you have gone ahead to mess up my credit score. This is nonsense!!!!! No one knows what's happening in my account.
